our 4 stage PROCESS
Surface prep
We mechanically grind the concrete to remove contaminants, open the pores of the surface, and create the ideal profile for bonding. This process ensures maximum adhesion, prevents future delamination, and lays the groundwork for a durable, high-performance epoxy system. We the patch and resurface existing imperfections to ensure a perfect base layer.
primer coat
This layer penetrates the prepared surface, sealing the concrete and creating a strong chemical bond between the substrate and the epoxy system. By eliminating air pockets and improving adhesion, the primer sets the stage for a flawless design coat and long-term durability.
DESIGN COAT
The design coat is where the floor comes to life. This layer is carefully applied using premium epoxy and metallic pigments to create depth, movement, and a one-of-a-kind finish. top coat
